PURPOSE
Oversees the process of implementing changes to products within the supply chain. This position involves coordinating with various stakeholders to assess the impact of changes, ensuring that all modifications comply with regulatory requirements, and facilitating smooth transitions. Develops communication strategies to keep all parties informed
This is a change execution role in a regulated environment focused on labeling, packaging, sustaining product changes, product transitions, and broader product lifecycle changes with accountability for compliance and continuity of supply across multiple Radiology sites.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end execution of labeling changes, sustaining product changes, transitions, and other approved supply chain changes across the network;
- Develop implementation strategies and timelines to ensure compliant and on-time change execution;
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Regulatory, Quality, Packaging, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Market teams;
- Coordinate with technical and manufacturing teams to support implementation activities required for approved labeling changes, sustaining product changes, product transitions, and other lifecycle updates;
- Assess supply and inventory risks associated with any sustaining product changes and define mitigation plans;
- Manage cutover planning, phase-in/phase-out, and disposition of obsolete materials;
- Track milestones, dependencies, and action items across multiple concurrent changes;
- Escalate risks, delays, or conflicts that could impact compliance or continuity of supply;
- Ensure accurate master data, BOM, and system readiness to support implementation;
- Support launches, deletions, and other product lifecycle changes as needed;
- Drive continuous improvement in change execution processes, governance, and visibility.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field;
- 4+ years of experience in Product Life Cycle Engineering, Change management, or Regulatory implementation, preferably within a regulated industry;
- Supply chain, planning, operations, regulatory coordination, packaging change, or change management experience;
- Experience executing labeling, artwork, or packaging, or regulatory-driven product changes in a regulated environment;
- Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination skills;
- Ability to assess risk, manage timelines, and drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives;
- Experience working with ERP / PLM systems such as SAP and Windchill;
- Proven ability to conduct and document technical activities such as process development analyses, component/ product testing, technical risks assessments, process validations, etc.;
- Excellent communication with stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated environment;
- Knowledge of BOMs, master data, artwork/label change processes, and inventory management impacts;
- Familiarity with launches, deletions, and product lifecycle changes;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Working knowledge of process development methodologies including design of experiments (DOE) and data analysis;
- Working knowledge and proven skills of PC computer operating systems including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Ability to organize and present technical data.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $86,320.00 to $129,480.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
