This role supports the flow of materials that directly impact patient care by managing receiving, shipping, documentation, and inventory coordination. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Receive, verify, and inspect incoming shipments against shipping documents • Coordinate dock traffic and act as first point of contact for carriers • Prepare outgoing shipments, returns, and repair materials • Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and purchase order processing • Enter and maintain supply chain data in system platforms • Collaborate with Purchasing and Clinical Engineering on equipment and supply needs • Identify and resolve shipping discrepancies and damaged goods • Support smooth distribution of critical supplies across hospital departments 📌 Qualifications High school diploma or GED required • 2+ years of experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving, or supply chain operations • Basic computer skills required • Strong communication skills preferred • Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or dock equipment a plus • Familiarity with supply chain management systems preferred 💙 Why This Role Matters This position is essential to keeping clinical teams stocked, supported, and ready to deliver exceptional patient care.
