As a valued member of our Supply Chain team, you'll help maintain inventory accuracy, support hospital operations, and contribute directly to patient care outcomes. What You'll Do ✅ Manage and maintain inventory levels throughout the facility ✅ Monitor PAR locations and replenish supplies as needed ✅ Perform cycle counts and inventory audits ✅ Rotate dated stock and identify excess or slow-moving inventory ✅ Process returns, credits, and inventory discrepancies ✅ Utilize handheld inventory devices and inventory management systems ✅ Coordinate with purchasing, nursing units, and clinical leaders ✅ Receive, stock, and distribute supplies throughout the facility ✅ Maintain organized warehouse and supply storage locations ✅ Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies ✅ Assist with training new team members ✅ Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers What We're Looking For ✔ High School Diploma or GED required ✔ Two (2) years of warehouse, inventory, supply chain, or customer service experience required ✔ Associate degree may substitute for required experience ✔ Basic computer skills ✔ Strong communication and organizational skills ✔ Valid Driver's License ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment ✔ Comfortable walking, lifting, stocking, and transporting supplies throughout the facility Ideal Candidate ⭐ Inventory Management Experience ⭐ Warehouse or Distribution Experience ⭐ Healthcare Supply Chain Background ⭐ Strong Problem-Solving Skills ⭐ Excellent Customer Service and Teamwork ⭐ Experience with Inventory Control Systems and Cycle Counts Why You'll Love Working Here 💙 Collaborative Team Environment 💙 Career Growth Opportunities 💙 Meaningful Work Supporting Patient Care 💙 Comprehensive Benefits Package 💙 Commitment to Excellence and Innovation Apply Today!
