  • Lifecycle Services Capability Leadership - Own the delivery agenda for lifecycle services capabilities across the policy lifecycle, including intake, clearance, book, bind, issuance, endorsements, and renewals. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive standardization, automation, and improved design that enhance efficiency, quality, scalability, and responsiveness

  • Cross-Functional Delivery Leadership - Partner with IT, business analysts, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure work is well defined, feasible, and aligned before execution. Resolve ambiguity, clarify ownership, and improve coordination across business, product, technology, and delivery stakeholders.

  • JIRA, Work Management & Execution Discipline - Own JIRA work management for the Lifecycle Services Delivery portfolio, ensuring work is organized for visibility, traceability, prioritization, and efficient execution. Maintain strong backlog, roadmap, dependency, and progress tracking standards in partnership with planning and delivery teams.

  • Governance, Funding & Decision Support - Partner with governance and finance teams to align Lifecycle Services Delivery work to funding, investment, and portfolio priorities. Support business cases, roadmap decisions, and investment discussions, while surfacing key risks, dependencies, and trade-offs for leadership visibility.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Build strong relationships with business, technology, architecture, analysis, and governance stakeholders. Communicate portfolio priorities, delivery plans, risks, and progress clearly, and serve as the senior representative for Lifecycle Services Delivery initiatives.

  • Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve how lifecycle services work is prioritized, designed, and delivered. Apply lessons learned to create repeatable, scalable, and more business-aligned ways of working.
