You’ll help children become confident in the water while ensuring a safe, fun, and "Golden" experience for every family.</div><div><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul> <li> <strong>Teach & Inspire:</strong> Provide high-quality swim instruction based on our proven curriculum.</li> <li> <strong>Safety First:</strong> Enforce pool rules, prevent accidents, and maintain a safe environment.</li> <li> <strong>Communicate:</strong> Act as a brand ambassador, giving parents regular updates on their child’s progress and "small wins."</li> <li> <strong>Problem Solve:</strong> Use creativity to help students overcome fears and reach their milestones.</li> <li> <strong>Maintain Excellence:</strong> Ensure the pool area and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for class.</li> </ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><div>We need energetic individuals who love working with kids and want to make a difference.</div><ul> <li> <strong>Experience:</strong> Non required. If you love working with kids, we will train you!</li> <li> <strong>Background:</strong> Previous experience as a lifeguard, youth coach, camp counselor, or childcare provider.</li> <li> <strong>Certifications:</strong> Current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications are required. (Shallow water attendant cert is a plus!)</li> <li> <strong>Skills:</strong> Strong communication skills and the ability to pass a background check.</li> <li> <strong>Swim Skills:</strong> Ability to swim 80' free style</li> <li> <strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or GED preferred.</li> </ul><div><strong>Work Environment</strong></div><div>You’ll be working in a tropical, 90-degree pool environment! Expect heat, humidity, and a moderate noise level filled with the sounds of kids learning and cheering.</div> </div>
