As the System Administrator (Kronos UKG Ready) for Metro One LPSG, you will lead, & execute the full utilization & business value of the Workforce Management platform (Kronos UKG Ready) as it relates to time recording accuracy, configuration, troubleshooting, scheduling, dispatch efficiencies, & payroll related expense control. The successful candidate must have systems expertise & comfort in Kronos UKG Ready platform.
In this role you will:
·Conduct user training sessions for newly hired & advanced users of the scheduling platform
·Craft instructional material & updated as needed based upon system enhancements & knowledge deficits among users
·Identify KPI’s for trend analysis & analytical reporting for middle & senior management’s consumption
·Oversee the creation of new cost centers for compliance to naming conventions & provide direction for exceptions
·Supervise implementation of available system features supporting the scheduling & dispatch functions (i.e., job bidding, unconfirmed start alerts to management, late arrival alerts, etc.)
·Collaborate with a wide range of departments such as Finance, Talent Acquisition, Workforce, HR, & Learning Development teams
·Facilitate in the development of auditing, testing of data accuracy, & regulatory compliance for pay rates, billing, break periods, regulatory notices, & overtime calculations
·Subject Matter Expert on reporting capability applicable to all levels of management
·Specialize in the IT space with back-end platform knowledge in Kronos
Experience:
- At least 2 years in similar function
- Extensive Enterprise-level Platform Administrator experience in Kronos/UKG Ready required
- Configuration & Troubleshooting
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
