About this role

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Translates users’ needs into detailed requirement specifications

Assists users in determining specific requirements to increase system effectiveness

Analyze and evaluate existing and /or proposed systems

Document the “as is” the “to be” clinical/business processes

Assists in vendor analysis and selection

Investigate alternative solutions including feasibility studies using results from vendor analysis/evaluations

Supports the system installation through the implementation cycle

Performs configuration analysis for system design associated with small and less complex projects

Analyzes system problems and modifications

Coordinates implementation and upgrades of systems

 

Skills & Requirements

Required H.S. Diploma or GED

Required 4 years' experience in information systems

Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience

Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience.  

Up to one (1) year of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for the one (1) year of required information systems experience on a month-to-month basis 

Preferred - Epic Resolute Certification
