Join Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) as a Systems Engineer I and contribute to innovative projects in the aerospace and defense sector. In this role, you will be involved in the design, development, and testing of complex systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Participate in system design and architecture development.
- Assist with requirements analysis and definition.
- Conduct system integration and testing activities.
- Support documentation and configuration management efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and test engineers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Basic understanding of systems engineering principles.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or co-op experience in an engineering role.
- Familiarity with various engineering tools and methodologies.
