Lockheed Martin RMS in New Jersey is seeking a full time Systems Engineer (Integration & Test) – Early Career.

In this position, the successful candidate will experience responsibilities in one or more of the following domains:
• System-level integration of software and hardware components to verify system requirements in a lab and end-user environment.
• Data analysis to evaluate, document, troubleshoot, and correct system/subsystem anomalies found during scenario testing.
• Test Procedures and Test Reports to verify requirements.
• Program technical leadership and functional management to meet cost, schedule and technical performance objectives.

The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of the system engineering life cycle process.
Ability to debug and troubleshoot systems that include software and hardware components.

Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

•Bachelor of Science degree from the fields of Engineering; Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Mathematics; Natural; Physical; Computer Sciences; or equivalent degree.
•Working knowledge of Unix and/or Linux operating systems.
•Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired skills

•Understanding of design, continuous integration and validation of software and hardware system level components.
•Working knowledge of Python, and Bash scripting.
•Basic Understanding of the system engineering life cycle process.
•Availability to travel domestically and/or internationally as required by the supported program (up to 25% travel).
•Flexibility to work non-standard work shifts as required by the supported program.
•Ability to debug and troubleshoot systems that include software and hardware components.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

The base range for this position in New Jersey is $61,500 - $110,909.
