Job Description
You will be the Systems Engineer Senior Staff for the Product Support Team which is responsible for ensuring system designs enable efficient, safe, and cost‑effective maintenance throughout the product lifecycle.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer Senior Staff you will be responsible for leading reliability and maintainability (R&M) initiatives that keep our products operating at peak performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for R&M engineering tasks and sustainment activities.
- Coordinate resources and dependencies across R&M, logistics engineering, product support, flight test logistics, and customer maintenance teams.
- Support development, planning, execution, and review of maintainability and supportability deliverables, including analysis reports, logistics product data inputs, maintenance concept documentation, supportability assessments, and customer data deliverables.
- Identify and implement cost‑effective maintenance improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years prior to start .
Basic Qualifications
Experience performing or leading reliability, maintainability, supportability, logistics, or product support engineering activities.
Experience developing, reviewing, or coordinating technical deliverables for internal or external customers.
Desired skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with maintainability engineering activities such as maintenance task analysis, maintainability predictions, repair analysis, maintenance concept development, diagnostics analysis, support equipment analysis, or logistics product data development.
Familiarity with product support analysis, logistics product data, GEIA STD 0007, S3000L, S4000P, or related supportability standards and practices.
Experience supporting proposal activities, basis of estimate development, statement of work inputs, or program planning.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
