Basic Qualifications
· Must be a US Citizen
· Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
· Experience in systems engineering development &/or decomposition and application of processes and tools

· Experience with hardware/software development & integration; or experience with mechanical systems/air vehicle systems
· Experience with languages such as C/C++, Python, MATLAB
· Knowledge of DOORS, JIRA, CATIA, or Dimension SPAR database development and management or similar programming
· Good understanding of test design and test planning
· Experience using quantitative models, risk management techniques, and analytical tools
· Supplier Management experience
· Understand the general principles and artifacts associated with Model Based Systems Engineering including the use of models which depict and define products in the planning and execution of development projects
· Experience leading systems engineering activities and processes (lifecycle management)
· Knowledge of Agile methodology
· Experience briefing and interfacing with senior executives and senior military personnel
· Strong oral & written communication skills, analytical thinking and physical science/engineering problem solving skills
· Experience deriving system requirements from customer documents &/or developing Statements of Work
· Experience with languages such as C/C++, Python, MATLAB

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
