Job description
- General understanding of the Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC), as supported projects involve the delivery and deployment of technical solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models, including active participation in Scrum ceremonies and Program Increment (PI) Planning activities.
- Experience executing end-to-end (E2E) project controls using a structured project management framework, including:
- Program and project status reporting
- Workplan management
- CRAIDD management (Change Requests, Risks, Action Items, Issues, Decisions, and Dependencies)
- Stakeholder and RACI management
- Scope and value tracking
- Lessons learned documentation
- KPI tracking and reporting
- Create and maintain program and project communications, including executive-facing presentations and status updates.
- Execute governance controls, including Scope/Value approvals and release sign-off processes.
- Manage team rosters and support financial controls to ensure work remains within budget.
- Establish and facilitate team meeting cadences, ensuring objectives are clear, action items are tracked, and documentation is maintained in centralized repositories.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating work across geographically distributed and virtual teams.
