Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process which includes understanding business needs, developing and executing a sourcing strategy, screening/interviewing candidates, and offering extensions. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders within the business and across Human Resources (HR) to achieve hiring objectives for assigned business units and execute on approved openings.

The individual will be a member of the GCIB Campus Recruiting Team and will manage the campus recruiting process for the Undergraduate and Graduate programs within GCIB. This will be a dual role in campus recruiting and business support for the GCIB campus team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Consult and coordinate with line of business throughout the recruiting season to plan a successful recruiting strategy across GCIB

  • Ensure appropriate line of business participation at all campus and in-house events

  • High touch approach with candidates at all stages of the process, i.e. from application through the summer program and to full-time conversion.

  • Liaise with candidates regarding interview logistics, offer details, and the hiring process for both Full-Time and Summer Intern programs

  • Serve as lead in managing and tracking intern and full-time global headcount for GCIB

  • Serve as the lead in managing and tracking executive referrals for the GCIB team

  • Support the team with data pulls and coordination

  • Budget and event coordination

  • Facilitate the onboarding processes in conjunction with Program Managers, Business Support Managers, and Recruiting Coordinators

  • Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable federal and state recruitment regulations including The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, program or project management; managing end-to-end processes in a complex organization

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Proficient performing data analysis, working with large data sets.

  • Must have strong communication skills both oral and written.

  • Previous experience developing concise and effective presentations, assimilating complex data into a results-based story and effectively presenting the results

  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational savvy; listens and communicates in a direct, succinct manner

  • Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems

  • Self-motivation, superior sense of urgency, and ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously

  • Thoughtful and demonstrate good judgment; strong decision-making skills; ethical

  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours and travel when required (travel up to 20% in peak seasons)

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$83,000.00 - $120,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
