A Day in the Life:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator communicates with potential new hires about the company and job details, schedules the initial days of employment, and gathers necessary onboarding information. The ultimate goal of the role is to organize and facilitate the onboarding process.
The salary for the role is starting at $17/hr.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft and send comprehensive, professional emails to new hires with information related to the organization and position.
- Utilize MS Office and Oracle Cloud Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with others, such as TA and HR Team Members, to complete the new hire record and onboarding process which includes I-9 Verification.
- Manage and process all required correspondence (i.e., Offer Letters, Background Screenings)
- Action background check escalations to include the adjudication process.
- Maintain compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations
- Develop process flow charts for better system and process utilization
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Administration
- Moderate / Expert proficiency in ATS
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
- Follow established processes while striving to look for improvements and efficiencies
Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems
- Keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
