We are seeking a talented and organized individual to join Cantor Fitzgerald Securities as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, you will be an integral part of our HR team, providing crucial support to ensure efficient and compliant hiring processes. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating interviews, assisting with candidate sourcing, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline our recruiting operations and contribute to our company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, in collaboration with recruiters, candidates, and interview teams.
- Manage calendars, virtual interview platforms, and meeting logistics across various time zones.
- Ensure interviewers receive accurate schedules, agendas, and candidate materials.
- Assist recruiters with sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS searches, and internal talent pools.
- Support the posting and management of job requisitions on external and internal career sites.
- Maintain organized and searchable candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS.
- Move candidates through workflow stages based on recruiter instructions and ensure compliance with required documentation and dispositioning.
- Prepare candidate records, offer documentation, and perform data accuracy checks before transitioning to the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Generate standard recruiting and pipeline reports as requested, providing operational and technical support to recruiters.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting workflows through effective system utilization and maintain consistency and accuracy in recruiting operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or recruiting administration is essential.
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) are mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel) is a must.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are crucial.
- Experience supporting corporate, technical, or high-volume recruiting teams is preferred.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar is an advantage.
- Knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and resume databases is desirable.
- Experience in preparing hiring actions prior to HRBP or HR Operations handoff is beneficial.
- A technically savvy mindset, strong process focus, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are key competencies.
