Responsibilities:This role is located in Tempe AZ- all candidates must be able to commute into this location weekly.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a critical member of the Talent team, providing operational, administrative, and sourcing support to ensure a seamless and high-quality hiring experience. This hybrid role will be based in our new Tempe office and will serve as a key on-site partner supporting interview logistics, candidate experience, and talent team operations.
This individual will play both a coordination and early-career recruiting support role — managing interview scheduling, conducting initial resume reviews, supporting LinkedIn sourcing strategies, coordinating team meetings, and owning small requisition loads for cohort and high-volume hiring initiatives.

What You'll Do:
Interview & Candidate Experience Support
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure smooth interview logistics
- Manage candidate communications throughout the interview process
- Support on-site interview days and hiring events in the new office
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from scheduling through offer
Resume Review & Sourcing
- Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate screenings for select roles
- Support sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Build talent pipelines for cohort and high-volume hiring needs
- Track and report on sourcing activity and pipeline health
Requisition Ownership (Cohort & Entry-Level Hiring)
- Own small, structured req loads
- Manage candidate flow, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
- Support offer coordination and onboarding partnership
Talent Team Operations
- Coordinate Talent team meetings, agendas, and follow-up action items
- Support recruiting metrics tracking and reporting
- Assist with interview training logistics and hiring manager enablement
- Help optimize recruiting processes and documentation
- Provide general administrative and project support to the Talent team
What You Bring to Our Team
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or related field
- Experience scheduling high-volume interviews across multiple stakeholders and countries
- Corporate recruiting preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or sourcing tools
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $70,000 - $85,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. You're eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
