About this role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Field Support is part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations team and is responsible for supporting requisition creation and related processes for PSG and GSC Field roles. This position works directly with PSG District Coordinators and GSC HR Business Partners to ensure accurate and timely setup of requisitions and to support ongoing hiring needs.
In addition to field support, the coordinator helps manage the TA mailbox and support tickets, ensuring consistent communication and timely responses. This role regularly interacts with Talent Acquisition team members, District Coordinators, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and internal and external candidates.
This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to our office in Cleveland, Ohio.
This position may require up to 10% travel, as needed.

Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides recruitment lifecycle support to Talent Acquisition, HR, and hiring managers.
Recruitment Process Support
- Serve as an advisor of recruitment operations – Provide recruitment lifecycle support for recruitment and hiring teams through coordination and other tasks.
- When necessary, support compliant req creation, candidate review, and pre-hire or onboarding practices.
Schedule interviews - coordinate with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to organize and schedule interviews. This could include making travel arrangements or coordinating day-of logistics.
Talent Acquisition Initiative Support
- Events – career fair registration, conference coordination, or team meeting support.
- Support with compliance requirements – examples include quarterly outreach letters, documentation management, and other tasks associated with these efforts.
- Other assigned programs or initiatives; including, but not limited to, the referral program, early talent recruitment, and intern programming.
Candidate Attraction + Management
- Adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Execute outreach efforts.
- Provide recruiting process information and updates to candidates or business partners - communicate necessary updates early and often.
Advancing Talent Acquisition Objectives + Goals
- Own the data – use systems and tools appropriately to build trust and accuracy in Talent Acquisition reporting.
- Maintain process and procedure documents.
- Provide ad hoc reports and program summaries as needed.
- Work with peers and colleagues to ensure process standards and best practices are leveraged.
- Identify and share process improvement ideas to ensure an efficient and positive recruitment process experience.
- Ensure compliance with all local rules, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without now or in the future requiring sponsorship for employment visa status
- Administrative and planning skills with demonstrated ability to establish priorities, multi-task, and follow-up with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Sociology.
- Experience using Oracle Recruiting Cloud for applicant tracking.
- Experience using Tableau for data analysis and review.
- Experience supporting recruitment or HR processes.
- Experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of the Sherwin-Williams organization.
- Knowledge of Recruitment marketing and branding best practices.
- Knowledge and understanding of local and relevant legislation impacting recruitment and hiring practices.
