Help design and implement how AI transforms how we hire at scale.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Innovation Intern with demonstrated experience applying AI tools to real-world problems. This role will partner directly with Talent Acquisition leadership to prototype, test, and scale AI-driven solutions across the recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate engagement to workflow automation.
This is not a traditional HR internship. It’s an opportunity to build, experiment, and deliver tangible impact in how a modern TA function operates.
What You’ll Work On
Design and test AI-driven solutions across sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
Build prototypes and automations using AI and workflow tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, etc.)
Identify inefficiencies in current recruiting processes and deploy AI solutions to improve speed, quality, and experience
Evaluate emerging AI tools and determine practical applications within Talent Acquisition
Analyze outcomes and provide data-backed recommendations on what should scale
Present findings and solutions directly to TA leadership and recruiting teams

Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Product, or a related field
Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools to solve real problems (academic, personal, or professional)
Experience building automations, workflows, or prototypes using AI or no-code/low-code tools
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate AI capabilities into business use cases
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate impact and effectiveness of solutions
Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly and concisely

By the end of this internship, you will have designed and implemented at least one AI-driven solution that improves how we attract, engage, or hire talent.
Program Details & Benefits:
Program Duration: June 1st - August 7th
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Location: Hybrid (Work remote and work from the office 1-2 days out of the week)
Equipment: Company issued laptop provided

Salary Range$30,700.00-36,050.00
