Job Title: TA Intern
Location: Home Office

Compensation: $20 p/h

Why this job is a big deal!

The OTG Summer Internship allows students to have an immersive, hands-on learning experience within OTG Management at our New York Office. The Intern will be assigned to the Talent Acquisition team. The Intern will assist the department by working on (but not limited to) special projects and initiatives. This is a hybrid position based in our NYC home office.

 

Who you are…

Learn and uphold the organization's values, philosophy, ethics, integrity, and code of conduct

Assist with various projects and research, as requested by the department

Learn the ROB (rhythm of business)

Learn key functions and update/provide input based on Dayforce, our HR (Human Resources) system

Provide administrative support to the assigned department, as needed

0-3 years of relevant work experience

Enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s Program in an accredited College or University, perusing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communication

Knowledge of HRIS (HR Information System) or HCM systems is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task

High levels of initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to take constructive feedback

Successful in both an independent and team-oriented work environment

Strong work ethic and integrity, with high energy and a positive attitude

Some local travel may be requested, such as to hiring events in the tri-state area.
