Overview
The Talent Acquisition summer intern will gain hands-on experience within a dynamic Human Resources environment, supporting a variety of recruiting-related initiatives and projects. This internship offers broad exposure to all aspects of Talent Acquisition, including recruiting operations, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
The intern will partner closely with members of the TA team to support ongoing work and key priorities. Responsibilities may include conducting research on talent markets and industry trends, assisting with process improvements, supporting administrative and coordination tasks related to recruitment, and contributing to special projects aligned with TA goals. The intern may also have the opportunity to observe or participate in meetings, candidate screening processes, and other stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
This role is designed to provide meaningful learning opportunities, allowing the intern to develop a foundational understanding of Talent Acquisition within a complex, mission-driven organization, while building practical skills in communication, organization, and project support.
Required Skills and Abilities
Strong computer skills, and willingness to learn new systems and software
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential candidate and employee information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
