About this role
At Soar Autism Center, we’re building a world-class team to deliver life-changing care to children with autism. As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in identifying and advancing promising candidates for our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions.
The RBT role is a frontline one-on-one paraprofessional position that is mission-critical to Soar’s success. We operate with a one-on-one model where we need one RBT for every child in our centers. Soar currently operates in two markets, Arizona and Colorado, and will be expanding to a third later this year. This role plays an incredibly important part in ensuring that we have the team needed to serve our current and future clients.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in high-volume recruiting, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in organizing processes that keep things moving smoothly. You’ll manually review applications that require closer evaluation, conduct brief screening calls, and coordinate seamlessly with other recruiters to ensure candidates move swiftly and thoughtfully through the hiring process.
This is preferably a hybrid role, that will be based in either Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ. The candidate must be able and willing to travel to a Soar Autism Center location 2-3 times per week. Candidates not based on Denver or Phoenix will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
