  • How Talent Acquisition programs are structured, supported, and executed, including event coordination, pipeline development, and early career programming.
  • The fundamentals of Global Mobility operations, including how mobility data is organized, updated, and maintained.
  • How HR documentation workflow's function—from uploading files to SharePoint/Workday to applying appropriate permission settings and access controls.
  • Best practices for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and security across HR and TA documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities Can Include:

  • Support the organization and preparation of HR materials associated with site relocations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with purging outdated physical and digital HR/TA documents in line with retention guidelines.

  • Help organize and update Global Mobility data, including uploading employee documents to SharePoint or Workday.
  • Organize and upload mobility-related and general HR background materials.
  • Participate in migrating public access HR and TA files to a secure SharePoint site.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining security permissions and access controls for HR documents.
  • Support the review, purge, and update of outdated files to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when working with confidential or compliance-based documentation.
  • Interest in Talent Acquisition, Early Careers, Global Mobility, or HR operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, take initiative, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfort learning new systems such as SharePoint, Workday, or secure document management platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and eagerness to work with cross-functional HR teams.
