About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Project Specialist supports Beacon’s Talent Acquisition team by helping turn ideas into action. This early-career role focuses on data analysis, recruiting process automation, AI-enabled recruiting projects, and launching new talent programs with military organizations, technical schools, and community partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards that track pipeline health, hiring progress, and source effectiveness
  • Support recruiting automation and AI projects that reduce manual work and improve candidate experience
  • Help test, launch, and improve AI-enabled screening and recruiting workflows
  • Coordinate and support new recruiting programs with military partners, tech schools, and community organizations
  • Create simple playbooks, trackers, and documentation recruiters can use day to day
  • Partner with recruiters and TA leaders to identify process gaps and recommend improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–3 years of experience (internships or co-ops welcome)
  • Strong comfort with data and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Clear written communication and the ability to summarize insights
  • Interest in recruiting operations, automation, and applied AI

Location: Hybrid / Remote (based on role needs)

Travel: up to 20% 

Salary: up to $60,000 / year
