Bachelor's degree plus 8 years related experience (or 12 years in lieu); minimum 5 years recruiting experience (preferably power generation/EPC); expert full life-cycle recruiting, SuccessFactors experience, AIRS certification preferred, strong communication and behavioral interviewing skills.
