The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
- Experience recruiting in a specific industry relevant to the organization’s focus.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools to track recruitment metrics and improve processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating candidate selection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
