About this role
Key Responsibilities:
· Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assisting with onboarding.
· Industry-Specific Sourcing: Utilize various channels to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking.
· Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements and align with our company culture.
· Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Talent Pipeline: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future openings, ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants.
· Employer Branding: Promote our med spa as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives to attract top talent.
· Data Management: Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
· Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
· Reporting: Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Needed
· 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition
· Experience managing multiple projects/assignments
· Knowledge of Excel and other reporting tools
· Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
· Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
· Experience with results-driven approaches to ensure operational efficiency
· Medspa or medical industry experience a plus
