SUMMARY:

Under minimal supervision of progress and results, perform all aspects of candidate identification and engagement, focusing primarily on social media, including LinkedIn, Facebook, as well as TRM, applicants that apply and other channels in support of departmental goals and objectives.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively identify candidates/clients through relevant social media channels to define appropriate prospects based upon the needs of the customer.
  • Identify candidates/clients through job board databases, online job orders and existing candidate/client inventory (TRM) to define appropriate prospects based upon the needs of the customer.
  • Establish initial contact with prospect and conduct preliminary qualification interviews as required.
  • Package candidates in accordance with corporate standards and focus on the pipelining of candidates to NRC and Field recruiters.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Discuss Kforce connect referral app with applicants.
  • Utilize innovative search techniques to expedite focused candidate discovery.
  • Observe, receive, and otherwise obtains prospect and job opening information from all relevant sources.
  • Identify and recommend emerging technologies, platforms and social media channels for talent acquisition.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None required.

In accordance with New York City pay equity law, Kforce discloses that the anticipated pay range for this position, which is subject to change based on job-related factors, including Kforce client requirements where applicable, is between $50,375 and $63,000.  This position is eligible for commissions on base salary amounts, according to a schedule of gross profit, starts or revenue achieved from sales activities.

 

All Kforce employees are eligible to enroll in Kforce’s medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits plans and flexible spending accounts (FSA), subject to plan requirements.  All Kforce employees are also eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan after receipt of the first paycheck.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree preferred High School education and 2-4 years experience in a customer service environment or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.  Staffing experience is a plus.
