The Position: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!
 
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Seeking entry level recruiting experience (1-2 years)
  • ATS experience preferred
 
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Adaptable to change and company growth
 
 
Overview:
This position will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager while partnering with members of management within the organization.
 
Below are some key functions and skills for this opportunity:
 
  • Preparing and posting job advertisements online
  • Following up with candidates during recruitment process
  • Work closely with hiring managers regarding open positions
  • Assist with resume review with select positions
  • Perform background and reference checks on candidates
  • Assist candidates with the onboarding process
  • Other duties assigned
