THE JOB:

Join us as an on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist and become a vital part of our recruitment team! You'll provide dedicated administrative support to our Talent Acquisition professionals — managing calendars, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced office environment and love keeping things organized, this role is for you. THE STARTING RATE: $23.00 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide general office administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including managing correspondence, maintaining organized records, and assisting with day-to-day operational needs

• Handle multitasking effectively, working on scheduling, and coordinating timing, while meeting important deadlines.

• Manage recruiter calendars, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communications to keep the hiring process moving efficiently

• Organize and maintain recruitment materials such as job descriptions and internal resources, keeping files current and accessible

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Preferably has prior experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
