  • Maintain and update operational resources, ensuring shared tools and materials remain accurate, current, and user-friendly.
  • Translate complex data into clear reporting narratives, dashboards, and actionable stakeholder recommendations.

  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to manage dependencies, communicate program updates, and support successful execution of recurring and global initiatives.
  • Use sound judgment while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and insight generation within the appropriate scope and governance of the role.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, talent operations, learning operations, HRIS/LMS administration, people analytics, or a related operations- and systems-focused environment.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to create structure, manage recurring processes, and continuously improve complex workflows.
  • Advanced knowledge of talent development and evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience building dashboards, governing metrics, and translating data into insights, reporting narratives, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in Learning Management Systems, including administration, governance, deployment, and optimization.
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and present status updates clearly.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
