About this role
Stinson LLP is seeking a highly motivated associate attorney with zero to five years of transactional experience and a strong interest in community development transactions utilizing new markets tax credits (NMTCs), historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTCs), and/or renewable energy investment tax credits (RETCs), to join our growing Tax Credit & Impact Finance group in our St. Louis office.
Superior academic performance and excellent writing and analytical skills are required. Experience with NMTCs, HTCs, and RETCs is helpful but not required. Candidates with commercial real estate experience, commercial lending experience, structured finance and/or general federal income tax experience would also be well-suited for this position.
Active license to practice in the applicable jurisdiction is required.
