KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Seeking a motivated and professional Team Lead to provide frontline leadership, support daily operations, coach team members, and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, lead by example, support employee development, and help ensure operational goals and patient experience standards are achieved.
- Provides direction to staff and perform duties of the area's major work functions. Coordinates scheduling, training, and inventory duties.
- Develops and maintains the application of hospital personnel policies and ensures effective utilization of human and material resources.
- Trains staff on appropriate techniques and monitors performance for quality and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/GED required.
Requires 1-3 years of experience.
Requires ability to use tele tracking.
Requires experience working in patient transportation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s degree preferred.
