Job description
What does a great Technical Production Controller do?
Create job control code and processing schedules in a multi-vendor platform environment that includes both Unisys and IBM platforms. Perform daily functions to ensure processing accuracy and integrity. Prevent, identify, investigate, and resolve processing problems. Use creativity and knowledge to identify ways to better serve our client’s needs. Work in a team environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
With direction, create, test, and implement job code in accordance with change control practices.
Process incoming requests as required, utilizing WFL, CL, and AJS job control languages
Assist in providing research and resolution of problem situations
Meet all deadlines with timely and accurate job code.
Work well in a team environment

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in data processing with emphasis on Computer Operations or job scheduling
Understanding of basic programming logic
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Premier Software experience
Two year degree in Computer Science
3 years’ experience in data processing with emphasis on Unisys or IBM Computer Operations or job scheduling
