This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore how intelligent systems and automation can improve program operations at scale. You’ll work closely with program managers, data analysts, and engineering teams to identify inefficiencies, build prototypes, and surface insights that drive smarter decision-making. If you’re excited about solving operational challenges with data and emerging technologies, we’d love you to join us.
What You'll Do:
- Gather and analyze program data to create automated metrics dashboards and flag anomalies or threshold breaches
- Identify manual processes and assist in designing automated workflows using tools like Jira, Slack, and other collaboration platforms
- Develop automation solutions for anomaly detection and cleanup (e.g., identifying inefficiencies in Jira workflows or dependency mismatches)
- Research and propose AI use cases to improve program management efficiency, such as intelligent dashboards, automated summaries, and action tracking
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build and test small-scale AI/automation prototypes or proof-of-concepts
- Support automated tracking of program activities, including action items and milestone progress
Your Toolkit:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in Winter 2026/Spring 2027
- Comfortable working with data to identify trends, measure impact, and provide actionable insights
- Familiarity or hands-on experience in data, analytics, or AI, with a curiosity to apply these skills to real-world business challenges
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to structure complex information clearly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
What You'll Gain:
- Hands-on experience applying data analysis and automation to real-world program management challenges
- Exposure to AI/ML use cases in operational efficiency, including intelligent dashboards and automated workflows
- Opportunities to build and test prototypes that improve visibility, tracking, and decision-making
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams across program management, engineering, and data science
- Mentorship from experienced program managers and technical leaders
- A deeper understanding of how automation and AI are transforming enterprise operations
