About this role
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in technical program management, stakeholder management, and communication.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope.
- Ability to use technical judgment to build consensus, drive projects, schedule, plans, and execution, and communicate status to the stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally and globally to improve processes and tools.
- Ability to take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Provide the required software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
- Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering and business teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
- Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to technical infrastructure stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead several technical programs for the AI2 organization, setting priorities for products and engineering, leading cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics are informing future efforts, and quickly fine tuning the program as needed.
