Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management or planning for data center infrastructure and real estate development, or a similar industry.
- 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in managing large, cross-functional program.
- Ability to develop data-driven technical insights and quickly translating them into executable commercial solutions for the business.
- Excellent skills in planning and communication management in a cross-functional leadership role, with the ability to create project plans that break down work into discrete phases and manage dependencies.

As our products and services scale the globe, the Global Infrastructure and Energy team works behind the scenes as a dynamic team within Google responsible for delivering the infrastructure capacity needed to support Google's rapidly growing product portfolio. The Supply Strategy and Portfolio Planning team manages a portfolio of infrastructure projects, ensuring that Google's services have the resources they need to operate seamlessly and reliably. We perform location strategy, regional planning and portfolio management to determine where, why, and how much infrastructure assets needed. We provide the programs, strategies and tool sets for our regional discussion and execution teams to consistently make high-quality decisions at scale, faster and with less risk to meet the needs of Google’s business.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $163000 - $237000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Own the development of the long-range infrastructure supply plans.
- Utilize the output from advanced demand and capacity models to drive critical trade-off decisions and develop optimal multi-year supply plans.
- Establish cross-functional planning governance, enforcing established principles and actively incorporating asset delivery status and risks from site acquisition through construction completion to ensure accountability and on-time performance of the regional plans.
- Serve as the central bridge and point-of-contact for the regional planning, cultivating strong relationships to align the internal business drivers of all key stakeholders with the regional infrastructure plans.
- Communicate the resulting resource requirements and investment signals to key suppliers and execution partners to ensure alignment and advocate for the optimal planning outcome.
