About this role
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience leveraging automation for process engineering.
- Experience designing and implementing technical regulatory controls within trust and safety.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience developing and automating complex technical transformation programs in a compliance context.
- Experience partnering with engineering to create a collaborative, trusted, and dynamic collaboration.
- Ability to deliver persuasive, concise, and engaging verbal and written communications for audiences, and to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $163000 - $237000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement technical regulatory controls within Trust and Safety.
- Drive the maturation of the existing control environment by identifying and implementing opportunities for automation, and a proficient use of AI, and process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with trust and safety colleagues, product area partners (e.g., engineering and product teams) Legal, Policy, and other cross-functional teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that work is prioritized and launched as functioning controls.
- Define program scope, objectives, and key results (OKRs), breaking down ambiguous technical problems into simplified plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Evaluate design choices, assess implementation risks, and ensure solutions are scalable and auditable.
