About this role
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical program management, driving program delivery from concept to completion.
- Experience in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) field.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience partnering with senior engineering and research leadership to deliver straightforward solutions to complex and technical spaces.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize, and adapt plans and strategies as project conditions change in a fast-paced environment.

As the Technical Program Manager for Model Launches, you will play a critical role in bridging research and products to ensure new models are deployed quickly and with minimal confusion. You will partner closely with DevRel and AI Studio API Program Managers to coordinate early access programs, while overseeing the end-to-end model lifecycle including post-launch monitoring and model deprecations. Additionally, you will focus on scaling the team by building the necessary tools and processes to support our rapidly expanding model portfolio.Artificial intelligence will be one of humanity’s most transformative inventions. Responsibilities
- Bring clarity to ambiguity by partnering with researchers and engineers to steer goal-setting processes and turn open research questions into clear milestones and actionable plans.
- Oversee the end-to-end model lifecycle, including post-launch monitoring and model deprecations, while scaling the team by building the tools and processes needed to support a rapidly expanding model portfolio.
- Track, report, and drive the most critical project dependencies, maintaining a strong awareness of downstream impacts.
- Partner closely with Developer Relations (DevRel) and AI Studio API Product Managers (PMs) to coordinate early access programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow across the program and adapting your approach to share critical information and influence positive outcomes.
