</div><div>We are seeking a <strong>Technical Talent Operations Lead</strong> to spearhead the implementation and scaling of our proprietary platform, <strong>hire.thunderjaws.com</strong>. Unlike traditional recruiting roles, this position is centered on <strong>Deterministic Vetting</strong>—moving away from keyword matching toward "Ground Truth" technical evidence. You will architect a vetting engine that provides high-integrity intelligence to Fortune 500 Prime Contractors and federal agencies.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<strong>Platform Implementation:</strong> Lead the operational deployment of <strong>hire.thunderjaws.com</strong>, ensuring the technical engine translates into a high-ROI experience for enterprise clients.</li>
<li>
<strong>Data Enrichment Oversight:</strong> Manage advanced workflows utilizing <strong>TheirStack</strong> and <strong>Bright Data</strong> to map technical hiring signals to executive "Buying Committees".</li>
<li>
<strong>High-Integrity Vetting:</strong> Audit existing processes and implement new procedures in line with <strong>CISM</strong> and <strong>CDPSE</strong> data privacy standards.</li>
<li>
<strong>Compliance Monitoring:</strong> Ensure all platform outputs meet <strong>NIST SP 800-53</strong> security controls and <strong>Section 508</strong> accessibility requirements.</li>
<li>
<strong>Strategic Reporting:</strong> Create detailed reports on "Reduced False-Positive Rates" and "Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL)" to demonstrate platform value to senior stakeholders.</li>
<li>
<strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Hire, train, and mentor a department of recruiting professionals to move from resume-scanning to technical intelligence gathering.</li>

<strong>Demonstrable Leadership:</strong> Proven experience managing recruiting or talent operations teams.</li>

<strong>Technical Literacy:</strong> Familiarity with GitHub-based workflows, PostgreSQL data structures, and CRM data enrichment is highly desired.</li>

<strong>Compliance Knowledge:</strong> Experience with federal contracting security requirements or enterprise-level data privacy (GDPR/CCPA/CISM context).</li>
