Technician II - Electrician/Locksmith

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technician II - Locksmith with at least 5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate should possess an advanced knowledge of mechanical and electronic locks, as well as familiarity with the power tools used in the application. The candidate must also be able to stoop, bend, crouch, climb ladders, and work in high areas. Additionally, the candidate must be available to work some weekends, holidays, and evenings. The candidate must have a professional manner with excellent communication skills speaking, reading, and writing in English. As part of their responsibilities, Technician II will be required to work collaboratively with other team members.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 5 years of experience working as a Locksmith. Additionally, candidates must:

- Possess advanced knowledge of mechanical and electronic locks
- Have familiarity with power tools used in the application
- Be flexible with your work schedule
- Be able to stoop, bend, crouch, climb ladders, and work in high areas
- Have a professional manner with excellent communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing in English
- Be able to work collaboratively with other team members
- Be willing to perform basic electrical duties as required (training will be provided)

Responsibilities:
Technician II will be responsible for:
- Installing and repairing mechanical and electronic locks
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to locks and associated hardware
- Maintaining inventory of necessary parts and tools
- Ensuring that all work is completed in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service
