About this opportunity:
Align Technology, Inc. has a Technology FP&A internship available for a graduate student seeking a hands-on summer internship.
The internship will be based out of the Align corporate office in San Jose, CA. The position is for a full-time role, for a minimum of 10 weeks during the summer.
Role Expectations
- Learn about Align as a company.
- Support the Product & Digital Organization on various project tasks, such as:
- OPEX forecast modeling for corporate consolidations and strategic business partners
- CAPEX tracking and reporting for presenting financial impacts of strategic, long-term investments
- Build reporting templates to streamline month-end close processes
- Prepare presentation materials including graphs and PowerPoint Presentations
- Analyze and identify trends within expense data to improve forecasting accuracy
What we’re looking for
- Graduate student majoring in Business, Finance or related field with a strong interest in FP&A
- Willingness to be flexible for different tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel modeling skills, competency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools would be a plus, but not required
- Professionalism in interacting with executive leadership
- Ability to work independently with only general supervision
- Eagerness to learn and share ideas
