Wells Fargo has committed to hire military spouses/domestic partners of actively serving military personnel and is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst. This position provides advanced operational support for enterprise distributed computing platforms, supporting both virtual and physical environments.
The Tech Operations Analyst resolves moderately to highly complex system issues, supports production stability, and serves as a Tier 1–2 resource within a 24x7 operations environment. The role requires strong technical judgment, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and effective collaboration across infrastructure teams.

In this role, you will:
Act as a Tier 1-2 support resource, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents impacting system availability and user functionality.
Perform alert, incident, and problem management, including root cause analysis and break/fix remediation.
Support and execute change events, including implementation, validation, and post change verification in accordance with operational standards.
Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution.
Collaborate with engineering, platform, and operations teams to support service reliability and continuous improvement.
Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Provide advanced operational support for enterprise platforms, including:
Windows Server
UNIX systems (AIX, Solaris, HPUX)
Linux systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, SUSE)
Virtualized environments (VMware)
Distributed storage technologies, including SAN and NAS
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of experience supporting enterprise operating systems, including UNIX/Linux (RHEL or Solaris) and Windows Server.
2+ years of experience supporting enterprise server hardware, including Dell, HP, and IBM platforms.
2+ years of experience supporting virtualized environments (VMware).
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues with limited supervision.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using ServiceNow or similar enterprise incident/problem management tools.
Experience supporting both UNIX and Windows environments, with stronger depth in UNIX.
Working knowledge of shell scripting (KornShell, Bash, or sh).
Experience supporting SAN and NAS storage technologies.
Familiarity with private or hybrid cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or Google Cloud Platform).
CompTIA A+ Certification
Job Expectations:
HHH Program Hires are expected to attend and participate in the Military Spouse Homefront Heroes Orientation and Onboarding Experience.
Ability to work on-site at approved location listed

24x7 operations environment
First shift schedule, Wednesday–Saturday, consisting of:
Two (2) 12hour shifts
Two (2) 8hour shifts
