The Brown & Brown, Inc.’s (B&B) Technology Solutions’ award-winning paid internship program is a project-based experience designed to provide talented undergraduate students an opportunity to contribute meaningful work to our world-class team. As part of a leading global insurance brokerage, the intern role based out of Daytona Beach, FL, will be exposed to a range of learning opportunities, including working with new technologies, developing and troubleshooting system modifications, fostering innovation, and providing application support.
In addition to the role’s day-to-day responsibilities, the internship program has been carefully curated for interns to experience our collaborative, teammate-centric culture of Meritocracy that truly makes Brown & Brown a certified Great Places to Work®. The internship experience will include mentorship, teammate partnership, a speaker series, networking opportunities with leadership, and a community engagement project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data gathering, analysis, and reporting
- Exploring Cloud, Security, AI, Data, or Project Management initiatives
- Support tasks tied to project milestones, recommendations and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Complete assigned projects and deliverables, presenting recommendations at the conclusion of the internship to leaders
- Actively participate in all internship program elements
- Perform duties as assigned by department leadership

Preferred Considerations:
- Involvement in student organizations, project work, tech clubs, hackathons, or competitions
- Volunteer work with a technical component or volunteer work that directly gives back to the community
- Demonstrated passion for learning and applying emerging technologies
Education, Experience, and Knowledge:
- Actively enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in a STEM related field
- Expected graduation: December 2026 or later
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
