Plasters Insurance Agency - Farmers Insurance in Owosso is seeking an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented Telemarketer / Customer Outreach Representative to generate new business opportunities and support agency growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, building rapport with prospective customers, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records in the agency's customer management system.

Salary Range: $32,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting goals.

Provide exceptional customer service and represent the agency professionally.

Follow all company policies, insurance regulations, and telemarketing compliance requirements.
