About this role

About the Department

The Coordinator of Evening Services will oversee and manage evening operations and events for the Student Life department. The role involves managing The Student Hub operations, providing support for various college services and student activities, and completing tasks that support the overall mission and goals of the Student Life team. 

Key responsibilities:
Assist with managing the Student Hub and other student areas during the evening hours. 
Participate in the strategic planning for assigned areas and overall departmental goals.
Collaborate and assist the Student Life team to plan, organize and implement projects and events. 
Organize and maintain Student Life inventory. 
Maintain records of evening activities and report to the supervisor. 
Serve as the primary contact for evening inquiries and assistance. 
Provide accurate and timely information about college services and resources. 
Coordinate with staff and security to address any concerns.
Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and students to address their needs.

Position Duties

Experience with customer service, administrative role, or event planning. 

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
