TEMPORARY 3RD SHIFT EXPORT CLERK

Description

Temporary 3RD Shift Export Clerk 

HOURS: 

·         8:00pm to 4:00am., flexible as needed 

·         Saturday’s required 

·         Sunday’s as needed 

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

·         Receive, monitor, and process export documentation 

·         Work closely with USDA 

·         Ensure export data is completed and under compliance & preparing USDA documents for inspection 

·         Creating and issuing invoices  

·         Manage data for shipments 

·         Processing bills/invoices/credit memos 

·         Preparing account statements  

·         Following up on outstanding payments  

·         Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports 

·         Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies  

·         Assisting the accounting department with financial reports 

·         Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances and customer information 

·         Answer phone calls as needed  

·         Attend all meetings as scheduled 

·         Other duties as needed 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

·         Strong organizational skills 

·         High school diploma or GED equivalent required 

·         Previous accounting and office experience preferred 

·         10-key and computer skills required 

·         Communication skills - written and verbal including phone etiquette 

·         Good work history including attendance

·         Team player among all shifts
