Job Description
BAE Systems is searching for a Test Development Software Engineer looking to learn/grow/explore new ways of testing our products. This engineer will be responsible for working with entire engineering team to create and develop the software responsible for executing test solutions in our production facilities. The ideal candidate would be a motivated self-starter, willing to take direction and be able to communicate effectively.
Job responsibilities:
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it can take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. Countermeasure and Electromagnetic Attack (CEMA) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. Job responsibilities:
- Create standalone automated test solutions using National Instruments TestStand
- Analyze, design, and code(typically in C#) test software solutions for multiple product hierarchies (CCA, LRU, System)
- Prepare design and test documentation, in accordance with established processes.
