<li>An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development or a related field</li>
<li>Child Development Associate (CDA) </li>
<li>Minimum 2-5 years experience in ECE field</li>

<li>Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities</li>
<li>Foster a love of learning through creative and engaging teaching methods</li>
<li>Observe and assess children's development and adjust activities accordingly</li>
</ul>

<li>Classroom Management:<ul>
<li>Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment</li>
<li>Manage daily routines and transitions smoothly</li>
<li>Address behavioral issues with positive guidance and support</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Family Communication:<ul>
<li>Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and daily activities</li>
<li>Conduct parent-teacher conferences and provide regular updates</li>
<li>Encourage family involvement and participation in school activities</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Health and Safety:<ul>
<li>Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom and common areas</li>
<li>Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures</li>
<li>Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure their safety and well-being</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Professional Development:<ul>
<li>Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities</li>
<li>Stay current with best practices in early childhood education</li>
<li>Collaborate with other teachers and staff to share ideas and strategies</li>
</ul>
