About this role
HS diploma, 2+ years in Ford engineering/prototype builds or hardware readiness roles; strong BOM management and validation, coordination and execution skills; ability to operate in ambiguity. Preferred: BS in EE/ME, experience with GPIRS/FEDE/WERS/Teamcenter, lab build familiarity, HV exposure.
