Job summary
As a Trade Lifecycle Manager III within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operations of the pre- and post-trading life cycle across all asset classes. You will coordinate cash movements in and out of client accounts, prepare funding for managed demand deposit accounts, and collaborate with business partners to ensure proper funding. Your deep understanding of trade lifecycle principles will enable you to make impactful decisions that drive operational excellence and financial management. You will champion process improvement, automation, and project management to enhance efficiency and innovation. As a leader, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, and your ability to influence and manage internal stakeholders will be key to achieving strategic objectives. Job responsibilities
- Lead execution of complex tasks involving cash movements in and out of client accounts, applying advanced trade lifecycle knowledge.
- Drive development and implementation of process improvement strategies, utilizing automation and project management skills.
- Oversee operations of the pre- and post-trading life cycle across all asset classes, ensuring trades are processed accurately.
- Maintain compliance with industry practices and regulations through advanced market product knowledge.
- Manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure proper funding and operational alignment.
- Utilize strong analytical and numerical skills to support decision-making.
- Champion change management initiatives to navigate organizational shifts.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
- Promote innovation and efficiency within the team.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Seven years of experience managing operations functions of the pre- and post-trading life cycle across asset classes, including coordinating complex cash movements and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts. - Proven track record in process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Advanced skills in stakeholder management to influence and drive strategic objectives.
- Experience managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Attention to detail and ownership in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure groups such as Credit Risk, Operational Risk, and Collateral, and the impact of trade support actions on these areas.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to champion change management initiatives.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong financial markets product knowledge and understanding of transaction lifecycle in Custody or subject matter expertise in Hedge Funds and Mutual Funds.
- Relationship management skills and ability to partner with a wide array of constituents.
- Ability to manage by influence, promote change, and proactively identify and escalate issues.
- Experience supporting ongoing professional development and team growth.
